Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur, especially during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at george@regalhookah.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Age & Legal Restrictions

We ship premium hookah tobacco products only to customers who are 21 years of age or older. By placing an order that includes tobacco, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.

Tobacco shipments comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including PACT Act compliance. Orders may be subject to age verification at checkout and upon delivery.

Please note:

  • We do not ship tobacco to states or regions where it is prohibited.

  • Shipping options and availability may vary depending on your location.

  • You are responsible for knowing your state’s laws regarding the purchase of hookah tobacco.

 

Tobacco Shipping Policy

We currently offer tobacco shipping within the United States to approved states. All shipments include tracking and adult signature confirmation as required by law.

  • Orders containing tobacco may have a longer processing time due to compliance checks.

  • Shipping carriers for tobacco may differ from standard products (e.g., GSO/GLS, UPS Adult Signature).

  • Tobacco orders cannot be left at the door — adult signature required.
