Regal Hookah Models Explained: King, Queen, Bishop, Prince & Joker

Regal Hookah handcrafted hookah banner

Every Regal Hookah is hand-finished in San Diego, California — the same city where we've been building hookahs since 2009. We hand-select premium hardwoods like walnut, cherry, and maple for every stem: each piece is chosen for its grain and strength, so no two Regal hookahs are ever exactly alike. Wood is sealed and treated against water and cracking, paired with anodized aluminum components for a build that holds up to real, regular use — not just a shelf. Every model below is named after a piece on the chess board, a nod to the strategy and precision that goes into hand-finishing each one.

Regal Hookah King — our largest hookah

The Regal Hookah King is our biggest and most commanding silhouette — built for long group sessions and dense, cool smoke. The King hookah comes in a wide range of hand-finished wood and epoxy styles, from satin walnut to marbled resin and epoxy burl. If you're searching for a king hookah that can hold its own at the center of the table, this is the model.

Regal Hookah Queen — the balanced all-rounder

The Regal Hookah Queen is the most popular size in the lineup — tall enough for smooth, cool draws, compact enough for a single smoker or small group. If you're not sure where to start, the Queen is the safe, balanced choice — it's also one of our original three launch models, alongside the King and Prince.

Regal Hookah Mini Queen — compact and travel-friendly

The Regal Hookah Mini Queen shrinks the Queen silhouette down for small spaces, travel, or a quick solo session, without giving up the hand-finished build quality of the rest of the line.

Regal Hookah Bishop — the tall, elegant option

The Regal Hookah Bishop takes its cue from the chess piece's tall, slender shape — a taller stem for a smoother, cooler draw, finished in the same premium hardwoods as the rest of the collection.

Regal Hookah Prince — sleek and modern

The Regal Hookah Prince is one of our three original launch models — a sleeker, more modern take on the classic silhouette, and a great pick if you want something a little different from the traditional stem shape.

Regal Hookah Joker — the wild card

The Regal Hookah Joker is our most playful line — bold epoxy swirls, hand-burned wood finishes, and colorways you won't find anywhere else. If the rest of the lineup is chess, the Joker is the wild card that breaks the rules.

Which Regal Hookah model should you pick?

For most smokers, the Queen is the easiest starting point. Want the biggest, most commanding hookah at the table? Go King. Tight on space or traveling? Mini Queen. Want something visually unique? Bishop, Prince, or Joker. Every model is hand-finished to the same standard in San Diego — the difference is size and style, not quality.
