Tobacco Tangiers Birquq M99 Static Starlight 250g
Flavor: A Cold Charge of Berry and Citrus
Static Starlight blends mixed berries with citrus for a cool, "electric" first impression — there's no menthol in it, the coolness comes purely from the contrast between the tart citrus and the sweeter berry. Mix it with: 60/40 in favor of Static Starlight with piney Burley V145 Pinetops for an unusual forest-fruit angle, or 70/30 with unflavored Noir C0 Base to bring in some darker-leaf depth.
The Birquq Line
Tangiers introduced Birquq as a more approachable version of its dark-leaf tobacco. The molasses recipe is less reactive to heat and humidity than Noir's, meaning faster break-in and a wider comfort zone for coal management before anything scorches. Expect a fluffier smoke, a slightly sweeter profile than the same flavor in Noir, and less nicotine overall. It works well as a middle step for smokers moving up from Virginia tobacco who aren't ready for Noir's more demanding character.
